If you have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or a baby, I am so sorry.

You are welcome here, exactly as you are.


Your body may still be moving through postpartum changes, while also carrying grief in its own way. This can feel different for everyone. There may be tenderness, fatigue, heaviness, or a sense of holding through the body.


This work doesn’t try to change what you’re feeling.


It offers a place where your body can be supported, with slow, intuitive touch and time to soften, even briefly.


We begin by sitting together.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like.


From there, the session unfolds gently.

My work is slow and flowing, with long holds and space in between.


You’ll be guided throughout, with your comfort and consent at the centre.

You can choose areas you would like included, and anything you would prefer to avoid.

Abdominal massage is always optional.


I incorporate gentle fascial work, aromatherapy, and energy work as part of my style, creating a treatment that supports both the body and the quieter layers beneath.


If emotion comes, it is simply allowed.


Nothing is expected of you here.


Just a place to lie down, be cared for, and not feel so alone, even for a moment.


These sessions are offered with flexibility in pricing, so that support can feel more accessible during this time.
