Postnatal Massage

Postnatal massage offers gentle, restorative support as your body recovers after birth. It helps ease muscular aches, reduce swelling, and calm an overworked nervous system. This is a nurturing space to rest, restore, and be cared for while you adjust to life with your baby. Sessions can also be done in your home for added comfort and ease.

The postpartum period is tender. Your body is recovering, your hormones are shifting, and your nervous system is adjusting to a new rhythm. There is so much giving in this time, and a deep need to receive.


This massage is designed to support you through that transition.


Gentle, restorative touch works to ease muscular aches, soften areas of tension, and support circulation and lymphatic flow to reduce swelling. Your body is given time to release, unwind, and begin to restore after the intensity of birth.


There is no rush in these sessions. Space is held for you to pause, to breathe, and to come back into your body. This work supports the nervous system, helping to reduce stress hormones and encourage a sense of calm, which can have a positive flow-on effect for sleep, mood, and overall recovery.


Specific oils are chosen to support healing and comfort, helping to keep tissues soft and nourished while encouraging deep relaxation.


Postnatal massage can be received in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to stay close to your baby. There is always time for feeding, settling, or simply taking a moment as needed.
