Why I do what I do...
My work has always been drawn to women’s health — particularly the powerful seasons of conception, pregnancy, birth, early motherhood, and menstrual cycle awareness. I care deeply about supporting women to feel connected to their bodies and empowered to become the CEO of their own health.

This path began long before my own experiences with IVF, pregnancies, babies, and loss. Walking that journey myself has only deepened my understanding of how tender and transformative these life stages can be.

I have worked in the wellness industry since 2001, offering massage in day spas, health retreats, and festivals. I also spent seven years practising as a naturopath, work I loved deeply and I continue to carry that knowledge and perspective into my sessions today.

Over the years, both personally and professionally, I have come to believe that it is often the simplest things that support us most: nourishing food, loving relationships, and connection to nature. Yet during times of change, grief, or physical challenge, we can easily lose connection to what restores us.

Massage has always been something I return to, in both the good seasons and the difficult ones. Through my own experience with bodywork, I have felt how profoundly it can support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
When we slow down and receive nurturing touch, the nervous system begins to soften and downregulate. Stress hormones ease, oxytocin rises, and the body remembers that it is safe enough to rest, repair, and heal.

This is the heart of my work — creating a space where women can pause, exhale, and reconnect with themselves through the simple yet powerful language of touch.

Now for the fun stuff

-
I love alfresco dining, nothing beats sitting down to a delicious meal with the sun shining and the birds tweeting.
-
Walks in nature; days long hikes or meandering strolls. It's my go-to to think and dream.
-
Laughing and hanging with my dearest soul sisters and family; This makes my heart sing.
-
Diving deep into the learnings of the world; a forever learner.
-
Dancing; anywhere and everywhere. If you want to shift energy, if you have nothing left to lose, just dance.
